Are these things like WrongPlanet.Net Discussion called threads?
And can there be one just about nature? Like, the outdoors, animals, and our reactions to them, and such?

Or, is it called a forum?

Taxonomy Class is in session...

"WrongPlanet.net" is a website.

"Administration" is a forum on the "WrongPlanet.net" website.

"WrongPlanet.net Discussion" is a sub-forum of the "Administration' forum on the "WrongPlanet.net" website.

"Nature Thread Or Forum?" is a thread in the "WrongPlanet.net Discussion" sub-forum of the "Administration" forum on the "WrongPlanet.net" website.

This is a "Post" in the "Nature Thread Or Forum?" thread in the "WrongPlanet.net Discussion" sub-forum of the "Administration" forum on the "WrongPlanet.net" website.

... Class dismissed.

Thanks for that.
Now, what about the topics of nature and how we react to nature as a sub-forum?

Which definition of "nature" are you using?

Nature as in outdoors, animals, environment, and people. How we all interact together.

So, you are asking if you can start a thread on the wonders of the natural environment, right?

Just do it.

I mean a sub-forum where multiple people can post threads in it. There can be so many different topics in it.

Not just on nature, but on what we do with it, how we interact.

I doubt that would warrant a whole subforum - not saying it's not a lovely idea, but I've never seen a new subforum started here and I doubt I ever will.

Best to start a thread and see how it goes.
