Cannot post new topics

Anybody else have this issue? 90% of the time I can't post a new topic anywhere. I've been wanting to start some discussions, but it keeps giving me a 404 error page.

Funny--I actually didn't think that would post. However I think I may have solved the issue. But if anybody else has weird error messages when they submit new topics, I guess this thread is still relevant. Sorry for excess posting. >.<

No the site is absolute crap from a technical stand point, I don't know how an aspie can design something so horrible. Please fill up the forums with as many of these post as possible so Alex will stop hosting the site on his SNES.
