'Locked Content' notice on sign-in

I just tried to sign in to WP on my iPad, and got a black screen saying 'Locked Content', which then changed to a new page asking me to download free apps, such as 'Deliveroo', before I could access the site (whether signed in or not).

This isn't happening on my iMac, which I'm using now. So is it a problem for mobile devices?

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I'm using Safari (on an iPad). It just happened again, but I went back a page and managed to post this. Weird. I also deleted all the history from my Safari browser to try and clear it.

weird. i don't see how it could be a virus on your end, but if it were a virus on the server side, i would expect to see the same error message (i'm also using safari). and if it's not a virus, then what could it be?

maybe you tapped some ad by accident? maybe you mistyped the url?
