App keeps asking me to open it

Periodically an Chat app pops up when I'm in WP.

It doesn't happen any other time.

I use Adblock Plus to block all ads

Ive never used it on an iphone so cant say , sorry.

I got advise on changing something in my settings.
I did it , then forgot what I did.
So far no pop ups from Apps 8)
