I'm not twenty, I'm nineteen, and my location is supposed to be simply "Idaho". It has been like this for a while and I thought it was probably going to get fixed but I guess not.

And yes, it's correct in my profile. It's not being displayed correctly.

alex is apparently aware of some problems and wants to fix them...looking for others who can help him at the moment. age is the only part of the author panel ATM which displays correctly, so...have you made sure that your month and day are entered mm‐dd? some other users had it set the other way around and that's what caused it to display incorrectly.

otherwise, i don't know. :?

It says "09-01-1995" for September 1st 1995, so it's correct. I don't know why it's not working. But it's closer at least. At first it said I was 45

Yeah, it says "45" for 75% of the population here, including me...it's not up to us, unfortunately. Alex will hopefully fix it soon.

The thing that fixed it for me was changing it from mm/dd/yyyy to mm-dd-yyyy so you might tell the others that to see if it works for them.

It may be reading it in the European style of dd-mm-yyyy for birthdays as several are getting their age off by 1.

I tried, it didn't work. Doesn't really matter to me though.

In fact, it does not matter that much.

In "Do You Always Have To Be Accurate?" (in the General Autism section) some (including me) argue that over-correctness has some OCD quality to it. In case you want to take a look ...

Why does my age not appear below my username below that joined/gender/posts/location thingy? Why does it only appear for people who joined here a long time ago?
