edge and malware hijacking on WP

I just want to know if there are any other edge users here who are constantly getting redirects from WP post pages to malware sites? 30 seconds on WP and half the time I get an automatic redirect.

that's happened to me a couple times. on safari. on mobile.

I notice this is not happening on IE 10 or 11.

It happened to me on IE 11, but nowhere as bad as on Edge.

also when I try to post, half the time my computer's memory gets taken past 80% and cpu cycles hogged at 100% and the page freezes as does the puter until I bring up task manager and kill edge. this doesn't happen on explorer.

Too many friggin ads that take up space......

Never happens on my laptop, but my phone has gotten zapped a few times. It comes and goes.

That's happening to me also,plus the page keeps reloading and losing my post,it just did it!!Makes me want to sling my tablet like a frisbee Takes forever to type just a few lines...then it freezes up.Only happens on this site.

how long have you been using Edge browser with windows 10?

I'm using an IPad 2 with Safari.Chrome was even worse.Both have sent me to some site while on WP where they say I've won a prize.Yeah,sure I did.
It just logged me out and ate my post again. Seems like it's happening every other post!!

well, it is a cold comfort to me, to know that edge is not the only browser that WP doesn't like. I wonder what browser happens to be optimized to run on WP?

Doesn't happen to me in Cyberfox on Linux, but I run an adblocker too. Tbh I feel kind of bad about it because I use WP a lot. How would I donate to the site directly?

this is the...old method of doing it. i don't think it works anymore, you'd have to message alex to set it up even if it does.

I would like to know how the $280 figure was calculated, but that's really none of my business.

Also, not using Adblockers on this website is a disaster waiting to happen. I think Edge has an Adblock app, but I don't use that browser and am unfamiliar with it.

My install of Chrome is currently showing warnings for WP.
