A couple of weird things

Most of the times in recent weeks where I click on something within this site, it will just load, and load, and load, and load. I would have to reload the link or click on the "forums" button. before it would go to where I want to go. A few days ago I had to retype a long post because it wouldn't load after I hit "submit".

Another issue I have noticed is that at random times this site will not be "secure" and it's very off and on. Just recalling from vague memory I think that this is mostly when I'm reading threads.

Can someone tell me WTH could be going on? The on again off again security thing in particular is something that's never happened anywhere.
