To Whom It May Concern:

I am hereby requesting immediate erasure of personal data concerning me according to Article 15 GDPR.

Please erase all personal data concerning me as defined by Article 4(1) GDPR.

I am of the opinion that the requirements set forth in Article 17(1) GDPR are fulfilled.

If I have given consent to the processing of my personal data (e.g. according to Article 6(1) or Article 9(2) GDPR), I am hereby withdrawing said consent.
In addition, I am objecting to the processing of personal data concerning me (which includes profiling), according to Article 21 GDPR.

In case you have disclosed the affected personal data to third parties, you have to communicate my request for erasure of the affected personal data, as well as any references to it, to each recipient as laid down in Article 19 GDPR. Please also inform me about those recipients.

If you object to the requested erasure, you have to justify that to me.

My request explicitly includes any other services and companies for which you are the controller as defined by Article 4(7) GDPR.

As laid down in Article 12(3) GDPR, you have to confirm the erasure to me without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request.

By posting this from my account I am including the information necessary to identify me, otherwise contact me by PM to confirm my email address.

If you do not answer my request within the stated period, I am reserving the right to take legal action against you and to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority.

I am tired of Alex and other mods ignoring my emails and PM regarding this issue. Delete my account or allow me to edit my old posts and delete them myself.

You are an anonymous member on a website , personal data that has been anonymised is not subject to the GDPR.

Which of your posts makes you directly identifiable ?

A few of my posts. I tried, on and off, to get an admin to delete them for YEARS.
I keep being ignored.
It was the straw that broke the camel's back. I'll wait a month, then escalate legally and to the hosting company to let them know. The fines for violations are HUGE so I don't think the hosts will ignore this the same way Alex was.

edit: Rather than have those few posts deleted, I want them ALL gone. I am done being reasonable.

I just looked at your posts and there is no way I could identify you from your posts , are you being a tad paranoid ?


Anyway good luck with getting you're posts deleted , I don't think I've ever seen it done but I haven't been here long.

There is, I would know since I googled it and the posts showed up. So yeah.

nobody's disclosed anything about you to anyone.


i'll delete no more than 15 of your posts so choose carefully. asking a mod to sit down, to back to decade-old threads and manually move hundreds of posts over hours is the definition of unreasonable.
