It would be wonderful to have a forum dedicated to "all things marriage'. Yes, there is a relationship/ dating one
but having actual marriage forum would be really great.

Good suggestions, goldenstardust. Unfortunately the only people with the ability to make new forums do not log in very often, and haven't made any new forums in many years.

I would suggest, as you identified, using the "love and dating" forum, which would seem to cover marriage pretty well.
