There have been things I want to post in the Adult section but I'm always afraid I'll get banned if I do. Does anyone else ever get too afraid to post something?

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

If you were banned from the forum and saw two of your posts have been removed, then you probably would be.

Spokane_Girl isn't origionally my name when I joined here. This is my second account I created when I was banned but didn't realize I was IP banned and when I was unbanned, I posted under my original one and then I was banned again just last month so I started posting under this one.

If you ever have any doubts about whether or not a topic would be appropriate, you could ask a mod about it before posting.

I would never recommend repeating an act for which you were previously banned, unless Alex has specifically told you that it's okay now.

I have, but on an entirely different forum.

I never go into the Adult Section, or the Religion/Politics section. The first I'm not mentally prepared to deal with yet, and the latter has a combination that's just BEGGING for trouble.

I don't go to all boards here either. I don't go to the kids crater or adolescent nor the politics or in depth life discussion. I hardly to any others but I am mostly in the general discussion board and the members only one. I don't post in the Adult section anymore because I feel discriminated there and the fact I might get banned again if I make a post and the mods decide its inappropriate and bam I get banned again. Give me a break, it's the adult section.

If you post the same stuff that you were previously banned for, then yes, you could quite possibly get banned. Again. Surprise.

If you think it is such a problem...why not try talking to the mods about it directly, rather than venting here and claiming all manner of discrimination and injustices?

He isn't on as often, and he prefers to be on the programming side of things rather than the moderating side (hence why we have mods).

Questions I want to ask:

Do lot of women really liked to be spanked?
How long did you wait till you had sex with your partner?
What do you do when you're constipated?
Are you turned on by aspies?
Are you turned on by any movies?
Are you turned on by any cities?

Are any of those innaproppriate?

I see weird questions all the time, that's why I liked the adult section. I like kinky stuff. I don't see mine any different.

the first and third aren't appropriate but the rest are.

I don't see anything wrong with the first question, considering a woman is posting it
About the third, it depends on how it is done.

Spokane_Girl is concerned and she feels discriminated and I sympathize with her because of it, I believe those two questions might be valid if done in a different way, I don't know if that was a reason for being banned before, which I think it would be unfair considering other people have said things worse and are ok here.

I wonder if there is some confusion between the two meanings of the word "adult".

1. There is "adult" as in grown up, no more fart jokes, poop jokes, snot jokes and other childish behavior.

2. Then there is "adult" as in "Adult Book Store" or "Adults Only".

Those two have very different protocols, and it sounds like our friend Spokane_Girl is thinking the second, when the first may be intended.

If Kink is allowed, I would think there would be a section clearly labeled. Otherwise, it's not good to ass-u-me. This is a very public forum with children (and childlike adults) reading. Kink is not universally appropriate subject matter.

Just a thought.

...but then I totally forgot why I clicked on this thread to begin with!

I feel afraid to post. There is alot of generalization and anger vented off here about NT's.

I can understand some of the heat. I know how angry and frustrated my two friends feel with me and others. The volume of rage experienced by some AS folk is something that many people just don't take into account. I should know. I've had to defend them against some vicious backlash even when they were just acting out with me.

However, some of the talk I'm seeing/reading/hearing here is pretty much just reverse discrimination which means the person saying those things has now stooped to the same level as their opponents.

To be sure, NT's who exploit or humiliate people who are naive or easily triggered are theoretically without excuse. But then, perhaps they just haven't been diagnosed with their own brand of social disability yet. My boyfriend went for 45 years disguised as an NT. His behavior was sometimes so despicable that it rated legal action. However, no one really knew what kind of uphill battle he was fighting. Not even him. Just about everyone can do something completely incomprehensible at some point in their life, and no one can escape being incomprehensible to someone eventually. We all have Shadows.

But sometimes I am afraid to write about certain things I'm seeing/reading here, because I'm afraid that my Voice will be discounted.

With those views, I hope you won't be afraid to post here. That sort of issue needs to be brought up, and discussed, even if it causes some conflict in the process.
