Cant join MIRC channel

ok this is a bit weird but i cant join the java or Mirc chat channel. I"ve never joined it before and it says that I"am banned from the server? Whats going on?

You're banned from the server. The message should also include a contact e-mail address for questions.

Note that the server is NOT run by wrongplanet, so nobody here can actually help you directly. Best bet is to email [email protected] or [email protected] and ask them about it.

If you are using a proxy or a large (corportate/hotel/etc.) nNAT taht is a likely cause, they are frequently banned due to abuse. SHould all go well, I will have my IRC gateway up again shortly, in the mean time, you can use a cgi gateway, like the one on this site (the lightweight chat, which can be unreliabel) or mibbit.
