Deleting that picture of my dog was pretty low considering that the site allows large pictures in the 'Random Picture' thread on a routine basis. The image was 1200x921 pixels and 94kb in size and there are many that size and larger in serveral other threads on the site. Today somebody posted one of 78Kb at 1024x786 pixels and nobody had a fit about that one.
Try to apply the rules to everybody equally.

you notice it in the Random Picture thread because that is where we post pics over size.

I guess I did not see that specific rule about the random section as opposed to other sections. How about other sections where I have posted large pictures of the same size. Is there a specific picture size for specific forums?

That is a good question and I am sure Lau can answer it in a technical way. I know if it fits in the frame at 800X600 it will never be a problem.
