Depends on how you define it. I've finished college now and I'm 22, but my degree will only be conferred to me three days after my 23rd birthday. I voted 20-22 anyway.

started college at thirty eight, graduated at 44 double BA degree. (went to computer technical school at graduation and cleaned up in the Dot Com boom.)

Diagnosed under the DSM5 rules with autism spectrum disorder, under DSM4 psychologist said would have been AS (299.80) but I suspect that I am somewhere between 299.80 and 299.00 (Autism) under DSM4.
