Vent about Bad Teachers
I've had some really iffy ones (like the pregnant woman who yelled at me for asking why we were going over the same concept again and the teacher who let the class decide what to do - which was mostly gym), but the only horrible one I had was my grade 9 math teacher. He was horrible, he let the kids run wild, he was very sarcastic to me, and I struggled in math when math is a good subject of mine.
I might vent about him more when I feel like it.
So, what are some of the bad teachers you've had?
I had a lifeskills teacher that did magic tricks and played puff the magic dragon. It certainly wasn't conventional and he wasn't bad, it's just a bit different. I found the class pretty much pointless all the same.
Another teacher like this was one that made us sing along throughout the day. This was in Elementary school. She had a piano and other teachers always thought it disturbed everyone else's work. We were required to sing along everyday and as we worked she played her piano.
As for out-right bad teachers... I can't think of many. They certainly all had bad qualities. I'm going to have to go with the teachers who treated me badly and tried to fix me but I don't feel like describing them again.

Heres mine..I have a few...oy
1.In grade 8, I had this one gym teacher who complained and kept saying I should get my eyes checked because I kept missing the birdie in badmington...Stupid lady...it;s not my eyes.....my coordination sucks due to my ASD, NOT my eyes. She also said her stupid quote of two wrongs dont make a right everytime I try to defend myself against bullies.
2.In grade 9 I had a social/gym teacher who let the other kids bully me in the classroom and he did nothing to stop it...he just stood and watched with a smug look on his face.
3.In grade 10, I was taking drama as a time filler since I had all the credits at the time for CTS courses to graduate in grade 12.The drama teacher allowed the other kids to bully me and did nothing. She blamed me for it.I had a horrible grade in that class and barely passed due to my "horrible attitude".Good thing I was only taking it as a time filler and that it didnt matter if I passed or failed. I had to take it as a time filler since grade 10 students are not allowed to have spares.
4.. In grade 11, I had this english teacher who not only let the others bully me , she also marked me hard since I wasnt one of her pets. She also believed the rumours that the bullies spread about me and confronted me about it.I told her it was slander and defamation with a malicious intent and she shrugged me off and basically said ya...whatever..and pigs fly.

ALBERTAN...and DAMN PROUD OF IT!!
In 4th grade, I had a teacher who had obvious favourites and I wasn't one of them. She hated my guts. She'd send me outside the class and scream at me if I so much laughed at something funny. It also irritated me that she kept telling me how I couldn't write, just because my handwriting had its own style and wasn't robotic looking with all straight lines like we were taught to do.
In elementary school, our principal was a hyper-religious moron who forced us to sing hymns and pray all the time. It was a public school, and most people weren't Christian.
A similar thing to that ^ happened in high school. I remember several times where we all had to stand up and sing, and the people who they could 'hear' singing loudly enough could sit down and stop. In the end, it left several people including myself being forced to sing almost solo about some religion they don't beleive in. Traumatising.
In 7th grade, I had a science teacher who got on my nerves like crazy. Worst memory of him was when he called me a 'drama queen' for refusing to cut up a lamb's heart. I should probably mention that I was a vegetarian. He knew this. Even though I refused to do it and got detention, he still wouldn't let me leave the room while the others did it. I resented him from that moment on.
I should probably say that every PE teacher I've ever had got on my nerves because they were convinced that I 'wasn't trying hard enough'. In reality, I'm just not a sporty person. One in particular said to me 'if you can't do X laps in X time, you're so unfit you don't deserve to live'. Guess who should be dead by now, according to him..
Teachers can really get on my nerves sometimes.
Like today. I got to school early and in time for my lessons but I had to wait for an LSA. They were running late obviously so the teacher was literally just taking the register. So it's not like I was 10 minutes late like other people in my class have frequently been without having much said to them.
Anyway so I go in. A few people still haven't showed up and he says to me "why are you late?" I was partly annoyed with the Q because I specifically come in one or two minutes later than everyone else(due to the crowds) anyway but it was the way he looked at me and said it. I have NEVER been properly late to any of his lessons. So I sit down and he asks the LSA the same Q! (Still annoyed). What really made me angry though was when he said this has happened quite a lot. What a load of crap! He's the one who's missed teaching us 3 lessons already. When have I been late?! Never!
Stupid man!
A few people came in after me(who have been late a few times before) and they never got that. I mean it's always the same thing. The ones who misbehave and turn up late don't get in trouble.
I mean this teachers rubbish anyway. The class goes soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slowly. Today it took him about an hour just to tell us the damn h/w. He could've just written it on the board.
Wow what a rant. I'm gonna stop typing now.
I had an RE teacher in year 9, she was very rude, and if you were to forget your homework, she would shout to you about how you would end up doing heroin on the streets etc. And when we were doing about "past life experiences" (how intellectual) I came up with a good rational explanation, and she, and the rest of the class just laughed at me:( What's more, when I had a detention (for not COLOURING IN SOME STUPID HOMEWORK DESIGNED FOR 7YR OLDS!) She told me to get a better outlook on life (aswell as the usual "smile more") Another teacher I hated was the head teacher at my primary school. when I was in year 2-3 she actually listened to a 6 year old about who hit her. Aparantly I had hit on the head with a stick. I hadn't, I never hit anyone untill about 6 month ago, when I decided that if someone anoys me, they will pay. Anyways, I was screamed at, and deprived of lunch times ect. For a week. that annoyed me. ALOT! Ad the other teacher I despised and still do. The PE teacher. He forces us to do variouse form of sport that I hate, in the poring bloody rain, in january!! !! !! !
