Oh dear, don't know what to tell you about that. If it was the course-work you were wondering about, I could help you there. Numbers and symbols are good with me. Human problems... not so much. Grit your teeth, keep your head down, and get through it I guess. Do you have anyone to rant to? I find that helps when I have problems with teachers, or just about anything for that matter.

Okay, so, she's not the greatest teacher. She has issues.

As a backup skill, you can be prepared to say, 'Hey, this is how I am.'

But you're almost hoping it doesn't come to that. As AstroGeek says, keep your head down. Just don't do it in a scared or servile way. Just be matter-of-fact about it. As far as the coursework itself, some things she probably knows well, other things not so well. And when she doesn't know it, she probably gets embarrassed and lashes out.

Since you're 13, I take it you're probably in 8th grade? Now, just so you won't feel trapped, you probably don't want to do it, but you can consider making a request to transfer back to regular math. You could have a benign-sounding reason like behind in the course. And just having this Ace in your hand might help you feel better.

Can you tell your parents? This would include the crying and the inappropriate clothing.

Sounds a little awkward, but probably best just to letter her do her own neurotic thing and keep out of her way.
