My previous report card was:

A+ (content application (computers) )

A (language arts)

B+ (science)

A (math)

A (social studies)

My 1st reading foursight this year was one point from advance.

My math was too.

(We had only learned half of what was on there, we took it as soon as school started)

My PSSA reading was almost 100 percent, and was advanced.

So was my math.

I have Been told by all my teachers I am an amazing writer, and one even said I was the most creative student they had in all there years of teaching

I am always in the advance class for everything. (Except for measurement) and most all my tests are A's.

Do you think I am smart?
I just want to know, beacuse my sister said I was stupid :(

Good grades != intelligence

Still, you hardly seem stupid. 0:

Having intelligence is a good thing, but learning to apply it can be an entirely different ballgame. Still, it sounds like you have a good foundation there and good grades are something to be proud of.... :D

Why would your sister think you are stupid? It does not seem that you are.

Not enough data to make a determination! But there's nothing to indicate that you aren't smart in this post.

your sister is being abusive and you're taking her way too seriously. was she talking about something specific you did that she didn't like or is she just generally mean-spirited?

Of course you are smart. You have to be really smart to get such good grades.

Never, ever listen to anyone who tells you that you aren't smart. It's a mean thing to say, and you are way above average. Don't let anyone make you doubt yourself.

How old is your sister? I doubt she's talking about your grades - and maybe more about situational experiences - in which, we ALL do dumb things. If she randomly called you dumb, she may be referring to something you just did. You can either laugh it off, depending on what it was, or you can talk with her about it, if it was insensitive.

People joke around and use such terms loosely, sometimes. It doesn't mean they actually mean it. What do you think?

Just sounds like typical sibling banter. If she is really mean maybe ask her to stop?

I don't think your stupid (I don't know you) but I think you're just over-analyzing silly criticism.

Tell her her nose looks funny.

She'll be crying for weeks.

Decades from now she'll bring it up.

Grades don't indicate your intelligence, because then I would be in trouble... :0

Aspergers was a relatively new term for psychologists when I was a kid, but they diagnosed me anyway (aside from ADHD, it was the only things that made sense). The lady who diagnosed me was performing a bunch of tests, probably because I wasn't paying attention LOLZ, but she said that I was genius level smart. Maybe you're like me, because this didn't seem to surprise her.

All those tests she did, if I could find out what they are, I'd tell you.

Unlike you, I scored really low on the reading tests, probably because school counselors hated me.

You're going to meet a lot of people in your life. Your sister is only one of them. You're going to run into nice people, and you're going to run into some mean people. The trick is to not let the mean people keep you making you feel bad all the time. It's not easy, but you can do it!

You have good grades, and pretty much all of us agree that you're smart. My question is, do YOU know that you're smart? When you start to see that for yourself, then even if a hundred people tell you that you're stupid, it won't hurt you as much because you know they're wrong. It'd be like them calling you a potato when you know that you're not really a potato*. :)

*Or are you?

Intelligence is a myth, so don't listen to anyone who tries to ascribe intelligence levels to people. Each of us has different skills that have various levels of development, with some skills that are not even measurable, so we cannot just look at a person and generalize about their level of smarts.
