I have to study for at least 3 hours a day and I find it hard to concentrate. I study for 40 minutes and take short breaks but during those 40 minutes I often feel lazy and want to be online instead of studying. I'm usually at my laptop for 4 hours a day at least and more on weekends and when I'm studying I'm checking the time to see if I'm finish yet cause I don't feel like sitting at my desk and studying. What can I do to only concentrate on my studies and stop thinking about doing something else?

Maybe you just didn't find the right technique. Do you know what kind of learner you are? You may just be bored, and need to spice up your studying technique. For example, I study by going into Microsoft Word and continuously typing the material that I need to memorize, but in different fonts and/or colors. Figure out what kind of learner you are, and find a technique to fit accordingly. Since you mentioned that you like to be online, there are websites (such as Quizlet and Shmoop) that can easily be used as study tools.

I usually listen to classical music. But even that can just make me wonder off into dreamland. Thats just how it is when you have aspergers or anything like that. We're all incredible imaginative which can be a good thing, but in this case its not. I guess you just need to evaulate how important it is to you. is it a major class, is it an elective? people with aspergers typically dont do well with things they're not interested in so you really just have to buckle down and do it. maybe if you think about the money you're spending you'll have more of an incentive

I find studying at home too distracting, I normally go to the school, local library or coffee shop. And depending on what I am studying I may or may not bring my laptop, cause I like to check out unrelated crap online as well.

I find it harder to study when I do want to, which is almost always.

But how do you keep from just getting the treat immediatly?
When i use that kind of methodology, i usually end up getting so frustrated that i end up giving myself the treat as a way of calming myself down... :|

What I tried to do was first make sure I had everything required to study as efficiently as possible and nothing more. Then think about what you want to get done by the end of the day. Then find a time interval where you take short breaks that works for you. In university classes it was usually 60 minutes of class, 10 minutes break. But see it as a guideline, so be flexible. If you find yourself needing a break after 30 minutes then go ahead, if you can go on for 90 minutes then that's not a bad idea as well. Just make it so that you always finish the work you wanted to get done. I would often keep this up until 3 AM because I was slow but at least I got everything done and my grades were decent.

What really helps me study is to watch a YouTube video or listen to something related to the topic I'm studying. It doesn't matter if you fully pay attention or understand the material. After you listen to it do a bit of exercise. After the exercise go back to your textbooks. You should understand and remember things more easily.
