Can I throw bricks at my college because of how much contempt they treated me with?

So long as you're ready to pay for property damage (or otherwise do it at night when no one's looking and wouldn't be able to say you did it. I wouldn't throw them at any people though. Personally, I don't really see what it would resolve other than blowing off some steam.

What did they do?

Any damage to the building will be shrugged off by the staff because they won't have to pay for it and they will probably get a day off.

You could get into trouble with the law which will damage your chances of getting a job.

A lot of the members of staff there bullied me and when I was being bullied by other students the people who deal with the bullying turned a blind eye on it, but as soon as I do the slightest thing to fight back all the rules and procedures are enforced down to every last comma and full stop, in that I'm punished for it.

I was also lied to a lot, given false or incomplete information which lead me into trouble yet they'd absolve themselves of any responsibility when I complained about it.

A similar thing happened to me in high school.
The teachers never caught anyone bullying me but as soon as I started playing rough I got yelled at.

As you get older your social skills will improve,

Did you graduate?

I have worked in places where the behavior of most people was terrible and other not so bad places,
You just have to be patient enough to find your way to a good place,
you will go through pain learning social skills, making mistakes etc. But you will learn to eventually.

I'm seriously considering throwing eggs at the individual members of staff who bullied me there.

I highly endorse the idea!

Try a bag of rot. Leave some old tomatoes and meat and stuff in a bag somewhere and let it rot for a week, then deploy it on said offenders vehicles!

If you get caught you could get arrested, and it won't change anything about how that college acts either way.

Remember: a college is a company. There are ways to get back at them that are more damaging to them, more legal, and more likely to cause them to change. Given what you have said, you might be able to sue them. If that doesn't work then spreading the word about them treating you badly and encouraging people not to go there will make them loose money.

What do you think?

In case you aren't sure; no. The answer is no. It's illegal and you won't really get revenge if you get in trouble, because then they will get the last laugh. Instead, what you can do is write negative reviews against the school and the teachers on various websites like Studentsreview.com or even Yelp. Get petty, it's the modern thing to do.
