I've never turned in work late, but I usually do it at the last minute.

I never do my homework at home. Somehow, I always find time to do it right before it's due^^

I sometimes do my homework in the break before the lesson.
Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

I'm not procrastinating this time. I pretty much have all of my assignments done a week before they are due. We're about to go on Spring break, and something is due on 24th, the day that we get back, and I already completed it.

I do exactly what most good teachers recommend: Study a little day-by-day, break up assignments/homework into little parts and do a little each day.

However, this almost never works.

For example, let's say I have 10 questions on my Math's assignment, and 5 days to complete it.

Ideally: 2 questions a day. Easy.

Reality: Some questions are longer or harder than others.

Some questions may even be split up into 'sub-questions' or different sections.

By the 4th day I might end up only being up to Q6 or Q7.

And Q7, 8, 9 and 10 might end up being the longest and biggest questions of them all.

This would mean I have practically half an assignment to do the day before it's due.

All this for doing exactly what they recommend...

I'm an amazing procrastinator! Just ask my math teacher who's been on my case about all my missing homework!

I procrastinate every day...
Although I almost always seem to magically get my homework done before class.

I cannot remember the last time I did anything before the last possible second…

Speaking of which, I should probably go finish that assignment due in less than 12 hours that was assigned Friday…

I don't have the will power or perseverance to complete my homework half the time. Got burnt out in middle school, to be honest. I'm surprised I made it this far.

It's not my work ethic, it's my mental health. Occasionally I'll spend days with zero human contact and it gets harder to retain information, let alone focus on it in the first place. Rather than stay up until 1 AM I sometimes just let it go and try to relax.
