Jimbo, I am sorry that you are finding school life so tough. The bullies really are making your life difficult. I cant believe your school are not trying to put something in place to stop this. I work in a school and this definitely would not be allowed to happen, especially over such a long period of time.

I have to say though, from a teaching perspective, going and hitting the bullies isnt going to do you any favours and isnt going to get the school on side with you. If anything you could be the one that ends up excluded, and whilst you might hate school so much that this seems a good option it doesnt solve anything.

What do your family think of the situation? Have you been given the option to change schools?

DON'T let them get the better of you. They are fools. They don't have anything better to do. They are PATHETIC!

They will probably end up being a janitor, or maybe even worse, a beggar! And oh yeah, if they do it again, then just pretend they stand there in their underpants.

But the main goal of this post is to drill this into you:

They are FOOLS. They are PATHETIC.

Bullies are idiots. Even if they're smart and intelligent, if they bully it brings out the idiot in them.
After seeing that site and those videos I feel more confident about standing up for bullies at school, because I thought that standing up for myself would only make the situation worse (I'm not saying that I'm being bullied ATM, but if it happens) as they deserve to be corrected.
What I have found is that some of my bullies are actually quite smart, but aren't as smart as me. Some are just thickos.

Take no crap! Clearly tell them to stop it and that it affects you.

There are two words that clearly describe a bully: Total Bastard.

Think that you have an astonishing ability that they don't - which is the ability to think.

I'm 15, and ill start at the begining,

When i went to that school everything was well and good,
Then this lad turned up and posened another lad into being with him, and making him do what he said,
Then, it first started with them saying that my taxi driver (i get a taxi to school) was doing things he shouldn't, and that i was in a relationship with the woodwork teacher, then it just got silly.

They started to pick on my best friend aswell, so i try to stick up for him,

He then got beat up in school by both of these boys hile i was there, watching, then a few weeks later after being told by the teacher it would never happen to me, it did, and i was hit by one of the boys, not the one that came to school, the one that was there and was perfectly normal before the bully came, punched me on the head, right on the side of my head, about 20 times before the teachers could get him off me, i hadn't said anything at all!

Then i come back from Crimbo break and on the first day, there was some contrivercy about drink & drugs being used while on the school trip. the same day the bullying started again on m and on my bessi mate, this was the last straw and i haven't been back to school since, beacause i don't want to go back after what they've put me through...

Bearing in mind this has gone on for 3 year!! !! !! !

i don't know what to say. you must talk to your teacher, and he MUST do something. if he doesn't, talk to the principal. are your parents aware of this? if it makes you feel better, i was also bullied during the 12-14 years, on a daily baisis (allthough my mother was a teacher in the same chool, the principal didn't gave a f**k) and 9 years later, the bullies avoid me on the street because they know i'm not the weak, scared kid i used to be. if your friend also has the same problem then stick toghether, if the bully hits one of you, you both fight him. he probably picks on you because he knows you are afraid of him...even you turn on him and you get your ass kicked, you'll be able to strike him a few times and i'm sure he'll think twice after that. bullies want easy victims, not the ones that put a fight.

If they're stronger than you then the good old kick in the nuts works wonders with those a-holes.

I've actually found that that usually just pisses people off. Aim for the knees.

Public school teachers can be crappy when it comes to dealing with bullies. Parents have to know if they can count on an administrator, or if they are worthless.

When I was that age when my parents finaly made the school get involved, the 8th grade dean got angry that he had to actualy do something. His solution just pissed the other kids off and singled me out in such a way that everyone knew that I was responsible. He basicaly punished me for getting my parents to get on his case and making him work. He made things worse for me.

Anyway I hope you can get some help, and can settle this issue better than I did back then. There are lots of resources out there for you that I wish I had at your age.

I had major bully problems when I was your age. I solved it by (and I know this is a really really horrible idea) becoming friends with some gang members. They approached the main instigators of the bullying and notified them that any further bullying would result in violent reprecussions. Problem solved.

Again, it doesn't guarentee taking someone down. A blow to the temple is effective for that, but my best strikes have always been at the knees. They fall - and you can decide whether to continue, or flee. Moreover, it is most likely to do enough permanent damage to keep them from pulling crap like that without thinking first (hard object right below the cap, on an upward strike).
