I agree with what was said previously and just want to add one little bit (if it hasn't been said before, haven't read all the posts). If you fail grade 10, it really doesn't matter. most schools (at least in canada) only look at your last year of high school (not sure how it is where you're from but here that's what they do). so if you completely mess up grade 10, have to retake it all, and then do well in the next few years, you can still get into university. if your universities do look at your high school as a whole, then you can retake grade 10 to raise your marks and you've got another two years to redeem yourself.

that being said, you should find some help. i made it through without having to develop study habits and stuff and now i'm doing very poorly in university. if you can learn to work effectively in high school that will go a long way in university. seek out some help, try to get a diagnosis or something (at least something on paper to show that you do in fact need help), and try to learn to deal with all the work.

this most certainly is not the end of the line, there are many different paths you can take to achieve your goals. I could write books about the people i know who have gotten good jobs by unconventional methods, so don't beat yourself up because you're not like everyone else.
