Currently at year 11 (second last year) in school. Words can not describe how dull it is.

High school was lame but fun in some ways. I don't think I've ever had less responsibility in my life other then the time I took a semester off of college to work, save, and get drunk on a regular basis. That being said, I hated so much of what high school was, and most people in my school were complete losers. I can honestly say that other then some mathematics I didn't learn anything in high school, and I was in almost all of the advanced classes. We read 'A Tale of Two Cities' in Grade 10... I'd read it when I was like 11 years old, and everyone in my class was constantly moaning about how hard it was to read through it. Sigh

High school was such a horrible experience for me that if I were King of the World, I'd first declare that none of my former classmates could live within 100 miles of each other, that no more than two of them could asemble in one place together, and that unless each of them wrote an apology to me in his or her own blood I would demolish the high school, dig a 100-foot deep hole where it once stood, and then fill that hole with biohazardous material and nuclear waste.

Then, on the second day of my reign of terror...

Sing it, brotha.

Yeah, high school is hell. I lasted five months there... They put me with the Special Ed kids and mentally disturbed people because I was different. I couldn't take it any more. I was going insane with depression. I couldn't eat because those kids disgusted me and whenever they talked, they slobbered everywhere and spit in my food 'accidentally'. I finally quit and I'm in homeschool right now.

Darn it!

I did NOT want to know that.

I keep telling myself that it will be better in college...

Things do get better in Uni/college. I think how much better does depend on your ability to integrate yourself with NT's though. Since I act so NT, NT's are completely shocked when I tell them I am AS and say they never would have picked it, I fit in very well in this environment, and I've made almost more friends here than my entire life put together. But either way, people are mostly way more accepting of differences in college/uni. Not that life will be necessarily suddenly perfect, but it does get better for everyone I believe.
