The one P.E. class I've ever taken is Developmental Fitness. In that class, we pretty much did two activities: running and weight lifting. The weightlifting was fine, but here's an anecdote about the running: I once went for a long walk, about four miles, with no footwear. Near the end of it, my feet were quite sore, but I thought, "Hey, it's certainly better than running in Developmental Fitness." Turned out I had a huge blister on my foot. That was two weeks ago; the fluid is gone but the loose skin is still there.

ooooh I remember pretty well having also trouble with ALL the PE teachers and in the final year when I was p*ssed off too much while other students were staring at me like I was an idiot "spoiling their game" :D and yelled at me, I simply left the gym. And I guess everyone knew it was their fault. Later when the teacher came to me I calmly said I´m not coming back because it´s too much. And since that day noone yelled at me. I guess they all looked pretty stupid amongst themselves. At least they should do.

But I don´t know if it´s safe trying :D so my advise is: my classmates had papers from doctors and they were not included in PE even if they were healthy. Or try to socialize with other PE-weak students, the teacher will probably be less arrogant when you won´t be alone for that.

Hold on, it gets only easier in time.
