My experience tells me that skipping detentions and generally fighting the system is a bad idea; you won't win. Your best bet is to try to flow with it.

And I've never been suspended or expelled.

i was expelled from many schools.
in year 7, i went to a catholic school and was expelled after 9 months. i was referred to psychiatric care.
then i went to a psychiatric unit for 2 years and then i had to leave because my time was up although my doctors said i should not leave but the government said i should.

then i went to a boys only school and lasted 6 months before i was expelled. (year 9)
then i went to another adolescent unit and spent a year there, but i could only stay one year. (year 10)
in year 11 when i left the adolesecnt unit, i chose an international school to go to (no uniforms or last names and swearing was allowed) and i was expelled from there after 10 months.

then i went to a normal high school (turramurra high) in my area. that lasted a few months before i was expelled.

i then went to a school called "malvina high" in year 12, and lasted a few months before they showed me their door.

then i went to a technical college and i did not fit in there either and my education is not that good because of all the impediments along theway.

Oh, right. I learnt the S word from home, and the F word from school, then I learnt the C word from the internet when I was in Year 7, LOL.

I got a saturday detention once because a teacher discovered stick-figure drawings that depicted me killing that teacher and other bystanders.

Another time, I got both a saturday detention AND a suspension for calling a teacher a b*tch.

I was once threatened with suspension when one of my classmates in primary school decided to play an April Fool's day prank the following day, and me and several others got involved. The next morning the teacher came in, and thinking he'd be surprised by it all turned out to be pretty annoyed

And a couple of years earlier, just to get a reaction from my friend I kept pulling the finger at the teacher. She taped my fingers up in yellow tape so I wouldn't do it again but I just pulled it off and went back to giving her the finger. I got sent home with a letter and copped a massive thrashing from my parents for that.

When I was off school, two of my best mates got in BIG trouble (police involvement) for running away from school. Today, it being my last day before I transfer schools, we were gonna do it again. Them because they wanted to, and me because I get the feeling that people think I'm a wuss, which is not true. But we didn't in the end, because my mum would physically kill me if we got another police officer round our house because of me. Plus I kinda wanted to go to RE, I quite like that class, even if it isn't very cool to admit.

Well I was also suspended at least three times, which had really caused a dent in my life. People always say I threaten or harm others --- don't they know it's actually retaliation of the bullies who bullied me in school? :(

I'll just list it
Elementery school: countless office referals for varios reasons
Grade 5: 3 day in-school suspention for stomping on someones foot (the person asked me to do it to show of there steel toed boots, once I got in trouble they tried to tell the principal it was not my fault)
Grade 8: 2 day supension for trashing a room
Grade 9: 2 detentions for reading in class, one referal for punching a kid with the nickname "Steroids" in the face (After I punched him, he punched me; the fact that I didn't even cry helped my reputation a lot, Most people viewed it as an equivlant to winning a fight against a normal (physicaly) person) the referal didn't go anywere because we both promised not to fight
Grade 10: 1 detention for climbing up a pillar in the hallway
one offer to join the wresling team, after fighting someone (this is the same class were I punched "steroids" and threw a Latin textbook, the teacher in this class is an ex-marine who think kids should be able to sort out there own problems,as long as no one gets seriosly hurt, it was a really fun class)
Grade 11: I haven't gotten in trouble but I managed to get someone else to yell the F-word so they would get a detention
