yes i dropped out in highschool 42%  42%  [ 38 ]
yes but i finished highschool first 12%  12%  [ 11 ]

Sorry to revive a dead thread (not really :twisted:).

Yes, I dropped out in my junior year, when it became apparent that I wasn't going to be graduating. Then I went back an eventually graduated from an alternative high school when I was 20 years old.

My high school diploma never really did me any good. If I had it to do over again, I'm not sure I would have even wasted my time getting a diploma. But I guess the extra education was good for me.

Wow, I can really see myself in many of the replies to this thread. I basically stopped going to school when I was eleven after suffering from multiple anxiety attacks and severe depression. I officially dropped out as soon as it was legally possible in my state (16) but probably went to school a total of six months between the ages of eleven and 16. I can barely believe that I am heading off to my Master's degree program in three weeks.
