Can you name me a college that is a party school, it is made up of people of students who are mostly football players or party-goers? I'd find it relatively easier to get my 'A's in such places rather than competitive colleges like Princeton or Caltech then :P

I'd tell you: This one right here!! where I am at now:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_coimbra

I like the "Established: 1290" part :)

The University is spread all over the old part of the city (being the scientific and engineering areas, a lil bit more distant from the rest). All the environment is party-like (don't know bout you but someone just passed me a joint as i type this text, not that I'm endorsing drug use...) there are associated sports as well (though the main sport around here is football (soccer) ).
If you need any further / detailed info, just ask.

If you want easy grades, Ivy League is a good way to go- they all have massive grade inflation. Caltech will make you work harder, but I think Princeton will give you your grades.

But don't make college about getting A's. Your GPA simply does not matter that much. Go someplace you like, and where you will learn things that interest you, and if you get a decent GPA then so much the better.

I think Arizona State and Florida State are the two top party schools. But getting straight As there won't really mean anything, it's like getting straight As with a Business major in the US. Potential employers just won't be impressed by high GPAs from those schools, so I'd listen to what Orwell said about just going with a major you like at a school you like.

Ball freakin' State! Seriously.

We have a university village that is a complete slum and the only businesses making any money there are the bars. You'll find a party on every street withing campus distance every single weekend.

Florida was the rank #1 Party University to my knowledge. Radford in Virginia is a party school for sure with what I heard from a friend of mine.

Whoa! raisedbyignorance, you went to Ball State? I just sorta graduated from there. Ball State was pretty party'ish. In my opinion, UK schools blew them away with sheer alcohol consumption. I studied abroad at Keele for a semester, every day, every night, those kids were drinking.

Well I guess I will just apply for schools with good social sciences dpeartments. Like Penn State, Michigan State or, if my GPA is ok in the end, Washington. I am also considering UK schools like Newcastle. But really, just let me clear my final examinations first...

Washington, as in University of Washington? That's where I went for undergrad, the social science departments are awesome there (my degree was in anthropology but I took classes in basically all of them). It's also a real rowdy party school, or at least it was a few years ago--I doubt it's changed much. Actually those are all wild party schools, but I can only speak on the social science departments of one of them.

Thank you. I will hope to enjoy myself, no matter where I'll head to. :)
