There are no colleges in Beverly Hills. UCLA is nearby in Westwood, but they have a low acceptance rate for out-of-state/international students. (And I don't recommend it for aspies -- I'm currently attending there, and having an awful time.)
University of La Verne has no film studies major. (Well, to be precise, they have a broadcasting major, which is fine if you want to work in TV or radio, but isn't specific to the movie industry like a film major would be.)
I think you need to do more research on this. Why not go to college in Singapore?
Also, if you are really keen on moving to the US for some reason, you could try a community college and then transfer to a 4-year college later. That would be a much cheaper option, if you think you can make a 3.0+ GPA.
Keep in mind that California is currently in a severe budget crisis, and all the public universities and colleges are making major cuts in enrollment, classes, and possibly financial aid.
