How to find reunions

Sometimes I really wish to find a way to contact some ppl I knew in my previous schools. I know in high school there are reunions. But I am talking about the people from college or graduate schools. Are there some websites that might help me?

Facebook? Find one of them who's incontact with at least some others and you'd probably be able to find them all. I know this because I specifically never intend to add such people.
