My grade in my Math 60 college course is horrible. I am making a 66.6 % grade and this is because of the stress of things at home and online from fighting off people. I am currently working on a final paper for my English class and I am worried that it may not get done on time. :(

Do you have any special interests? Spending some time on those can do wonders for your anxiety.

I'm in the same boat with the papers. I have two of them due at 8:00 tomorrow morning.

In my program if you don't get 80% cumulatively for a course it's considered failing, so one slip up basically pulls you under for the entire semester.

I play my emulators on my PC but it still doesn't get rid of the fact that I am failing my Math course.

Does your school have a "math lab" where you can do your homework and get help? Sometimes that helps because if you get home and get stuck and you don't have help then it's easier to give up.

Also, do your practice problems as soon as possible. If you wait you forget how they are supposed to be done.

Finally, there are a lot of good resources online. There is one called Purplemath (assuming you're in algebra).

Since you have a 66.6% I would probably find the math lab first.

There is no math lab but there's tutoring session that you yourself can schedule but they're only for 30 minute blocks. That's not much time to get the help I need. I just have a little trouble doing some of the writing down of the problems. I have gotten used to having a calculator do it that I have all but lost the ability to write it down.

Does anyone have any input on this?

Just do the Math questions one question at a time, and just do what you can do now... Others, we can talk about them later.
