Help! My transfer credits are missing!

So it's the third nine weeks of my sophomore year at my new school, which I came to about half a year go.
I viewed my report card, and my transfer credits were missing, which negatively affects my GPA, and the ESE specialist, wh en I asked her about it, said something along the lines of, "don't worry, Guidance may not have it in yet, but it'll be in soon enough...."
Umm, yeah. I've seen my report card three times, and none of those times was my transferred credit from my former school actually included, and since I'm consiering yet another transfer to yet another school (the school I'm at now was the one I went to when I first came to this town, but it doesn't adequately meet my needs), that credit is going to need to be counted.
I'm a sophomore and I should have around 9 credits, but so far I've only got 3, which puts me at level with a Freshman.
My mom recommends I repeatedly badger my guidance counselor to include my transfer credit, but I don't like the thought of becoming a nuisance.
So how should I solve this?

I am assuming that you are still in HS. If I am wrong, please tell me.

I would myself badger the guidence counsler and at this point get my parents involved. Of course, sometimes it takes years to get records from school to school (yes, I have seen that). You still need to make them think you are not going away however.
