I’m talking about these kind of roles

Group Task Roles
1. Initiator. Proposes ideas and suggestions; provides direction for the group;
gets the group started.
“Let’s begin by looking at the problem from the client’s point of view.”
2. Information seeker. Asks for needed facts and figures; requests explanations
and clarification of ideas; makes the group aware of information gaps.
“How can we decide on a policy for students with disabilities without knowing
more about the new federal laws and regulations?”
3. Coordinator-chairperson. Clarifies goals; delegates tasks; facilitates meetings.
“Beth and Karla—please review the study and give us a summary at our next
meeting.”

consider; rarely wrong; may appear cold

Implementer Transforms talk and ideas into practical action;
