I hear ya. But don't forget that group work in college is radically different than the impression you probably got in high school. In high school, smart people (a.k.a. geeks/nerds) are seen as suckers to be used for their intelligence, then beaten up when the group work ends; letting them do all the work while having everyone else just goofs off is considered cool. In college, smart people seen as useful members of the group, and not making a proper contribution, which includes taking advantage of others, is looked down upon; even the rowdiest fraternity members will see beating up their smart classmates as a waste of time. (Of course, they might still do it if those same people showed up at one of their parties.)
Your professor is right: she can't help you. After all, her job is essentially being a knowledge messenger for students. If you need accommodations, you have to do through the disability office at your college, who can then communicate with your professor on a more official level.
