Well, it's been decided- I'm finally going to transfer

YES!! !
I'm FINALLY TRANSFERRING SCHOOLS to a much better school in the same district.
Which means that I will no longer have to put up with the dysfunctional excuse for a school I'm currently going to.
I met with the people at the school I'm going to transfer to, and they seemed really nice and considerate, especialy compared to the staff at my current school.
I'll officially be a student there after a 10-day tryout period at the start of the next school year.
So I guess I've just had a stroke of good luck.

You're going to have problems at your new school.

Although your new school may or may not be better for you than your current school, nothing is perfect for any individual.
