I feel a bit lost... After visiting a plenty lot of colleges, I discovered that I really cannot find a college that suits me --- except one community college (Broward College Singapore), in which I faced considerable opposition from my parents. And it's not as if I cannot study, I'm at the top decile of my high school...

I tried attending lessons in the three or so colleges near my hometown. I am more inclined towards liberal arts, so I am naturally not interested in an engineering-geared college, as well as the local business-track college. There is indeed one college that offers Arts courses, but mind me saying this: I do not really fit in, I do not feel 'empowered' there to learn. I can only find that feeling in Broward College.

I am also considering overseas colleges, like Newcastle University (UK) and a few American colleges... But locally, I cannot find a school that I really feel happy commute.

Sigh. Should I just go ahead and enroll in Broward College?

It sounds like Broward College actually does suit you- it just doesn't suit your parents. But you are the one who will be attending so you should go ahead and enroll.
