Dropping out of work school over a portfolio class...
...I really do.
In case you havent heard the story before. I was sent to this work school by force. I have no interest in the major I was sent here for either. My sister did all the talking with admissions and no one even cared that I didnt want to go here.
Well after a year and in my last quarter...I'm still not interested in seeking a profession in this place.
The classes werent bad and I could get away with not doing squat and still do great.
But now I'm in Portfolio class where the only way you can pass is to actually have an interest in pursuing these careers.
Next week my career resume, cover letter, and references are due. Um...well I never had a single reference outside of the family. I dont know anyone or they hate me. And resume and cover letters require me to actually be interested in a certain specific job which I am not. Plus I'm much younger than most people in my class so I dont have any work experiences even relating to this major.
In short I have no chance of getting hired anyway.
My point here is I plan on writing an email to the admissions person (who kinda coteaches the portfolio) telling her how ridiculous the portfolio class is and how difficult it is for someone in my position. My question is whether or not I should mention how my Asperger's (no one in the stupid administration knows because my stupid family is discouraging it) makes it difficult for me to do a work interview, or even write a cover letter and have references? I also would like to know if I should just finally spill the beans on her and tell her I was sent to this school by force with no interest in Medical Billing and Coding and is looking to drop out all together. My family will likely kill but it's their own damn fault for not caring about my needs and just throwing me in any school they could find.
I need your thoughts on this before I send the admissions lady something.

You shouldn't send her anything. If you don't have references or work experience, you should leave those areas blank or write "None".
You seem to have linked "I can't possibly get a job" with "I can't possibly complete this assignment" which seems false to me. You may not be able to complete the assignment with information they'd like to see, but there's nothing stopping you from turning in the assignment with those areas left out. A great deal of putting together a resume or cover letter is the formatting and "pleasantries". I see no reason why you can't complete those parts of the assignment.

Dude, just go after something that shoots for your interests. If you want to do higher education, go for your associates degree, then a bachelors if you want to. If not, try some vocational programs like mechanics, welding, construction, etc.

So you're saying I should just take the 10 pt loss for not having references or the 5 point loss for not having the abilty to make proper eye contact. Every single detail demanded out of me is worth 5-10 pts each and a lot of it is stuff I cant really give them.
You probably aren't being graded on your experience and references, or lack thereof, in this class. You are probably being graded on your ability to write resumes and cover letters. Dealing with shortcomings (from the point of view of human resources people who are skimming through resumes and cover letters, not shortcomings in the sense that you are defective as a person) and putting the best possible spin on things is a skill that can be learned.
Go talk to your professor outside of class, or even e-mail. Politely explain the problem and ask how you should handle it for the purpose of this assignment. I'd be surprised if you're the first person taking this class to ever encounter this problem, and I'd be surprised if you didn't get a helpful response.
Even if you don't care for the program you're in at all, since you're almost done, graduating beats not graduating, and passing beats failing. When you go to apply for something (a job or school program) that you ARE interested in, it'll look better if you finished this. Hang in there. You're almost finished.
*waving some pompoms for you*
