I have a question for you all: do you look at other peers with envy because they are more consistent than you? Or you are happy with your consistency (or lack thereof)?

As for me, I wish I could be more consistent... I wouldn't be in the situation I am now if I had any sort of consistency.

I wasn't too concerned with grades when I went to school

That definitely sounds familiar. Consistency is a big issue for me, not so much in terms of grades but in other realms of life - or even class discussions. Some days I'm "on". I'm even funny. Perhaps it takes a ton more energy, but I'd like to think that's the "real" me. Other days, I'm just a lot slower or awkward or somehow different from my better moments, and that sort of inconsistency bothers me (and probably confuses others, too). I'd like to think I'm capable of certain jobs, but consistency has been a big stumbling block - Not submitting the same quality work as yesterday, or not being predictable in the chatter in the teachers' lounge (for example).

I envy a few girls (one of which could be a potential girlfriend) because they are far more consistent in exams than I am. :D

I was rather inconsistent, but luckily, I got enough high grades to cancel out the low ones.

I am very lucky in this area. My grades are very consistent, at or above standard, depending on how much I care about the subject. However, I always fail Physical Education, while my music grades are through the roof. :)

Overall my grades are quite consistent. I usually work upwards.

I think my grades (or 'levels' as I'm a Brit) were consistently pretty high at my last school, with maths being my best subject (in my KS2 SATs (not to be confused with the SAT) I only missed one mark), with the exceptions of design and art (which were pretty much at or just below average except for CAD and one drawing I did which took the lesson time plus about 4 hours extra) and PE (where I was average... for someone 2 years younger than me). I also think my 'Speaking and Listening' level was actually 1 level below my other English levels. I've always been somewhat obsessed with my grades.
