I've only been bullied a few times, which must be pretty unusual. My problem is that I seem to attract creepy people looking to intimidate me, but they don't usually mess with me for any length of time; one exception is a student two grades below me aspiring for maximum macho-ness who sexually harassed me during a stupid, required semester class. The teacher was horrible, utterly vapid, and didn't show up to class most of the time; she didn't notice. I was also targeted by a few girls in another stupid required class (physical education) for a semester. (also in a sexual way? why???) Before that, it was a boy who rode the bus with me and his girlfriend, who was my friend when the year started. To summarize, I've never been bullied outside of stupid required semester courses and the 6th grade schoolbus... Luckily, those were few and are all taken care of now. The culture since 10th grade also doesn't seem to promote bullying as much at all as before.

Up through high school, I was definitely bullied. But in college, I haven't been. Unless you count the facebook flame war where a guy got pissed at me for saying that something he said sounded socialist, not because I was calling him a socialist, but because making note of the fact that it sounded socialist was somehow Anti-Socialist. Ok then....
Weird argument, haha... There was a creepy anti-revisionist Communist in one of my 9th grade classes who claimed to support all the more notorious "communist" dictators. He would speak glowingly about Cuba. (I believe he was looking for social disapproval.) It was rather odd.
