To my eternal vexation, I must retake the math compass (think ACT lite for old codgers) or take 6 hrs of non-credit math!! !!

The thing is, 20 years ago, I was fantastic at math (kids, you really WILL NOT ever use algebra, trig, calc outside a classroom. EVAR!!1!) and I REALLY don’t want to spend all summer doing remedial math…

What I need is a simple, concise, efficient, refresher/study guide so I can pass the math compass.

So, any suggestions? I only need to “test up” to intermediate algebra. It shouldn’t be too hard. I just need a good guide!

Thanks. I'll check that out while I'm snowed in for the rest of the week.
