I feel drained and sometimes barley hold myself together and this semester have had a crying meltdown running to the bathroom 4-5 times. It is the end of semester coming up and I feel drained!! ! In Spanish we are ending unit 4 going into the last unit #5 and I barely grasp unit 1!! !! With public speaking me and the professor are at odds on what constitutes a good speech. IMO 99% have been boring and to long!! !! I have a dinging bell and a koosh ball for stimming and those things help me relax so that's ok I guess. I'm just in a daze sort of. I'm not really sure I'm going to pass my classes this semester!! :-( also I am at a community college so outside of psychiatrist and more pills I don't think there is much psychological help here. Plus I sort of don't want to use it as a crutch. :-(

I can relate a little bit. I feel really drained some days, and just want to quit everything and sit in my room crying. School is draining, with there being lots of people, many demands being placed upon you, social anxiety (at least for me), and so on. But, I've set goals and I want to reach them. If you're not enjoying a class, just endure it and get it over with. Perhaps you might consider getting tutoring for those classes you're struggling in. And also consider getting accomodations through the DSPS if you haven't already. I hope things get better for you.

zelda if you need someone to practice spanish with or to tutor you I'm available (native speaker here!). We live barely an hour away from each other.

Just dont make me teach you where to put tildes... I refuse to use them ;)
