I agree with this completely! At my school, I can get accommodation for participation, group work, group projects, etc. No way would my school alter the required courses for me though. I still have to do all the required work, I just get some accommodation to help me through that work in some of the areas I struggle (ie. I have to go to class and do assignments, but profs are lenient toward my participation). I don't know whether you are officially diagnosed or not, but just keep in mind that unless you are, the school will not give you ANY accommodation. If you have a diagnosis, I would go see your disability office ASAP (you will need formal documentation as support, btw). And if you do not have a diagnosis, and need the accommodation, then you may want to make an appointment for that ASAP.
