I was planning to drop out after this semester anyways but I was really hoping I could at least do well this semester before dropping out, but I'll probably be lucky if I get slightly above failing grades. Both the professors I had were really good, it was just all my stress and such interfering with my motivation and ability to really focus on it. But yeah I figured it would be better to miss out on some assignments than turn in garbage because that's all I would have been able to come up with and thats kind of an insult to the professors.

So yeah it just kinda sucks I guess, I did try talking to them about what was going on but I suck at wording things right so that did not really help too much

I also took two courses this semester. I tried talking with my literature professor that I'm on the spectrum and that I struggle with papers and tend to do papers my own way. It did not go well.

That sucks! I hope your life still goes towards a goal of happiness!

As for me, college is pretty hard as well, but at least I mostly take courses for things I'm highly interested in.

I just could not seem to build up any amount of motivation.

Well, you have to ask yourself what you want to do with your life.
I think it helps to have a plan for something that you know will make you happy.
As for motivation, lately I haven't gotten very much motivation at all, unless I make the work something interesting that goes beyond the simple assignment layout.
I guess that doesn't apply to a lot of things, perhaps. But, for example, I'm a big Math nerd, so anything I learn in Math, I can go online and find other topics and expand my knowledge.
One of my friends suggested that I make my courses interesting for myself, and I think he's right. From now on, I'm going to make every assignment interesting somehow. (Usually by going above and beyond the assignment itself.)

Another thing that motivates me, which is really strange and still very subconscious is being challenged enough. If I'm not challenged enough, my motivation is really low. (For the previously explained reasons of the lack of it being interesting.) I think it's because having a huge workload is interesting enough in itself. (Assuming I enjoy all the things I'm working on.)

I'm rather lucky in many aspects, because I found a college that gives me a very specific education towards the career I want to have.

I think it's good to plan, but not to think too far ahead and just do things little-by-little, one step at a time and believe that you can get through all of it if you just keep going little-by-little.

I hope some of this gets you thinking.

Well yeah the problem is I have no idea what I would even do with a degree or if it would help with anything other then causing me to have to pay back even more college loans with my non-existant income. So yeah I really don't even know what I want in life and I don't feel like it really matters that much. So yeah going through the motions of writing papers and doing college assignments can only last so long.
