I HATE my school. Just getting diagnosed suddenly forced me to go to Special Ed JUST for attention problems and a math related learning disability. My Asperger's isn't even the problem! I'm so pissed off at them, the special Ed is awful. It's literally a Janitor's closet painted to look like a classroom with a little dry erase board. There's NO air conditioner, it's extemely cramped, and I can't do my work in there, or at least I'm not supposed to. They just give me all the answers (which I don't write down. I do the work really fast and finish before they can get to the 4th question) I honestly don't care what grades I get in there, as long as I'm NOT cheating my way through high school.

PLUS my school has an awful judge of character. So many of my friends have been expelled for too many tardies and dress code violations (NOT that hard to break rules about the dress code with a uniform) but the scary stalkers, MORE than one rapist, and the scary kids that freak out and get violent for NO REASON stay. My school is NOT a public school, it's a charter school. It's SUPPOSED to be SAFER than a public school, that's why they founded the school, but I don't feel safe AT ALL here. One guy who got expelled for trying to beat the teacher, NOT just suspended, came back in less than one month (even though it's not legal!) and sits by me in nearly every class. He mumbles horrible violent things under his breath, and I REALLY want to change my schedule to get away from him.
Even worse, homeless people and creepy middle aged dudes often sneak into the school without getting caught fast enough. There's been times when really bad things resulted from this.

I'm planning on leaving my school in 11th grade once I raise my grades higher than C's. I'm going to go to this cool school in another city (my family agreed) that's SAFER and has the coolest classes EVER that are all worth college credit. If I don't, I'll try to go somewhere else. I'm NOT staying here.

I would definitely would move, from what you've said in not only this board, but this one. If your family agrees, and you think it's a great plan, then it's a great plan. Though I would leave as soon as possible, how can you raise your grades in such an environment?
