would it be like being a freshman if...?
you're a junior but either new or you wasted your last two years being alone and not joining anything?
Since no one would know you, itd be like being a freshman because youd have to start from scratch?
because everyone is hanging out with their friends, right?

You would be like a freshman again if all you went to school to do is socialize. If, however, you went to school to get an education to make something of yourself for the future, you would be a junior. Good luck.

My kids are freshmen, but they know all the kids they are in school with because they went to school in 8th grade with them and every other grade before that. It's a small town and the only time somebody is new here is if they have just moved here. There is a private school here but most kids whose parents send them to it wouldn't send them to public school for love nor money because they are afraid they may spend a school day without prayer and they may learn about evolution.

As far as joining things goes, mine don't really join much of anything. My oldest joined some things this year but only because it's her senior year and it looks good on her record. They socialize a lot but it's mainly their friends coming over here and they play video games or watch Netflix. Occasionally they all go play diskgolf but thats it.

My youngest never had very many friends, but this year she's made three or four and now has people to hang out with.

Why not just invite some people over to play video games, thats what my kids do.
