If you're interested in engineering, have you taken a look at the qualifications/education that you will need in order to land the kind of job that you are looking for? If not it might be worth seeing if you even need a university education or if going for a more directed king of education (such as an apprenticeship) might be the way to go. Either way stay focused on where you want to end up and try and use that as your motivation in your education.
Well I have three semesters left, so I wouldn't want to start over again, and I will try to get a job in "field testing", which is similar to blue-collar electrical technology, only with more complex equipment. Also, a bachelor's degree pays more :p. I just have to serve the rest of my sentence lol.
