Scholarships/where should I go?

I am wondering.... with me about to head to a university, and me being in Western WA, as my profile says, this is a two parter, so here I go:

1) What university should I attend? I have narrowed it down to: Western Washington U, the University of Washington, the University of Oregon and Cal State-Northridge.

2) Are there any special accommodations for people of my type, those wish Aspies? And are there are any special scholarships for such things?
