Financial Aid Department SUCKS!

I go to an on-line university and I just re-restarted the 15th after a leave of absence. Well its the 24th and I got a letter via the school letter center stating I did not qualify for some of my financial aid. WHY did my financial counselor not CALL me its her JOB! And now I gotta wait till tomorrow to call and see IF she will pick up her phone I AM FUMING! and have no idea what to do, my gf stopped me from launching my lap-top across the room.

Throwing things does not solve problems only makes them worse. Do you know why you did not qualify for financial aid?
