How come at some very high class colleges/universitys they provide minimal learning/support for autistic students?

I know that at Lincoln College in Lincoln, Lincolnshire (UK) they have special support for people with Aspergers. When I applied I got extra exam time, a personal tutor and all sorts of stuff. This college is also the best one in my county so if you are looking for a college with learning support then come to this one because I personally think its great :) :D

The place I went to recently claimed it's because of a lack of money. Even the students with severe disabilities don't get that much help.
