I'm faced with a real dilemma; I've graduated high school almost seven years ago and haven't really done anything with my life, though I'd like to change that. I've been toying around with going to community college but I'm not sure of what i want to pursue. I wanted to focus on things i love and are of interest to me, like drawing, studying Japanese, game design, and possibly work on repairing electronics like computers and game consoles. I'm aware that the games industry and Illustration aren't the most lucrative careers out there so I'd like to do something else that's close to what i enjoy 'till i get there. I want to earn a certification, and potentially an Associate's so that I can find a job that pays well over minimum wage. However, I didn't want to dive head-first into some course only to find out it's not for me and have already wasted a lot of tome and money on it.

So what would you guys recommend as a good career option for someone with Asperger's? I'd like to do some more hands-on work in a environment where i would hardly have to deal with people beyond the staff.

I'd also like to refresh myself, academics wise. What are some good books and websites you guys recommend for the following subjects-

-English & Grammar
-Math (Basic Math & Pre-Algebra)
-Science (Earth science & Biology)
-Writing & Composition
-American History & Government

I Already own the following books, but any additional recommendations are still welcome!
-Painless Writing
-Painless Grammar
-Fiske Word Power
-Painless Reading Comprehension
-Basic College Mathematics - An Applied Approach

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
