Well, I'm mailing off my application for GRE Accommodations today. Boy is this stressful. I have pages and pages of documentation, but I'm terrified they will think it's not enough and will send it back for more.
I don't have time for more. I need to take the GRE this fall. But I have so much proof of my disabilities that my psychologist is sure that I won't have any trouble.

I'm also scared that I will look too smart to have such issues. I come across as highly competent and intelligent, but I really work hard to pull all that off.

You're catastrophizing. What do they usually give accommodations for? Things like ADHD. Asperger's/NLD is more serious. I'm sure you'll be fine. If not, there are multiple dates during which you can take it during the fall, so you can always fix the problem then.

You know me too well. And I find it entertaining how you group Asperger's and NLD together.

If it helps ease your anxiety, the GRE isn't a bad test at all, most of the stuff on it is basically high-school level (although the verbal section requires you to know definitions to words you've never heard and will never hear anywhere else, such as pugilistic)
