New York Public Library electronic and traditional library resources usage statistic?

Hello.

As you probably know I am a MA student of Library Science from Poland.

I do PowerPoint presentations on the use of traditional and electronic library resources, selected by me in a public library or university in Poland and in the world, though the professor said that it was to be more satisfied if the presentation concerned countries other than Poland, almost all of my classmates made presentations on Polish Libraries, a professor said that if we did something on subject of foreign libraries no matter what "Czech, German, French, Russian, British, American, etc." would be nice, because it meant that we are trying to broaden our horizons.

I've read that the New York Public Library is one of the largest public library in America and the world. I'm trying to find some reports of reading, but if I could only find financial reports, and they do not interest me, i'm interested in readership surveys.
